- Resource planning along with Resource Manager and functional heads
- Understanding and creating Database of the profiles
- Screening resumes as per hiring criteria
- HR screening and interest check
- Generating references through head hunting and network building
- Posting positions on job sites & internet searches
- Coordinating with candidate and hiring managers for tests, telecons and interviews
- Candidate Database management and tracking
- Creating reports on weekly, monthly and need basis
