The incumbent shall be responsible for efficient Business IT / systems operations supporting FAB (Fulfillment Assurance & Billing) for next generation products including Voice/Data/IPTV.

Specific responsibilities shall include:

• Trouble free Application/System Operation meeting defined SLAs.

• Application Level Support and User Management

• Process Adherence, Escalation & Jeopardy Notifications

• Real Time Troubleshooting, root cause detection & resolution

• Release Certification and Deployment Planning

Desired Profile :

12+ Diploma in Electronic & Telecommunication

Work Location : DAKC (Mumbai)

Experience: (Fresher)

Willing to Work in Night Shift

Education:

UG - Diploma - Electronics/Telecommunication

PG - Post Graduation Not Required
